Jenni Bartling. Congregational Developer for Church Plants. Recruits, trains, resources and coaches church planters in the diocese. Coordinates the Church Planting Mission Group. Coaches parish priests to reach leadership and missional outreach goals. Also supports parishes in the Natural Church Development process to increase church health. Can be reached at 412-741-1162.

Bonnie Catalano (Ext. 150) Administrative Assistant to the Canon to the Ordinary and primary contact to the Canon's Office. She is responsible to assist Canon Hays in all aspects of the Mission Development Office; including Secretary to the Commission on Ministry, Deacon Formation Program and the Diocesan Council.
Melanie Contz (Ext 147) Executive Assistant to Archbishop Duncan. Primary contact for Archbishop Duncan's Office. Schedules all appointments and meetings and receives all phone calls for the archbishop. Provides administrative support for diocesan gatherings and meetings associated with Archbishop Duncan.
Janet Cummings (Ext. 140) Financial Secretary/Bookkeeper. Assists the CFO and Accountant in the daily and monthly financial activities of the Diocese. Handles Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Medical Insurance Enrollment issues.
The Most Rev. Robert Duncan (Ext.147) Archbishop and Primate of the Anglican Church in North America; Diocesan Bishop of the Episcopal Diocese of Pittsburgh.
Peter Frank (Ext. 134) Communications Consultant. Currently provides communications support to the Diocese of Pittsburgh.
The Rev. Canon Mary Maggard Hays (Ext. 150 preferred) Canon to the Ordinary. Canon Missioner. Diocesan Deployment officer. Provides executive-level support to the Diocesan Bishop. Helps to place clergy in positions within the diocese and guide parishes in the search process. Works closely with Diocesan Council and Congregational Developers in reviewing mission grant applications and recommending them to Council. Church Planting Mission Group, Continuing Education Committee, Diocesan Convention Committee, and Diocesan Mission Team.
Heather Jacoby (Ext. 139) Receptionist. Answers general questions about the Diocese and maintains the diocesan database. Organizes parish assessment information, parochial reports, Convention deputation lists and directories. Also provides administrative support for the Communications office. Shawn Malarkey (Ext. 135) Communications Director. Editor of Trinity Magazine. Website coordinator. Publicizes parish events and news, along with serving as primary media contact for the Diocese of Pittsburgh. Ray Almgren (Ext. 144) Accountant. Provides accounting support to the Diocesan CFO/Director of Administration.
Marsha Tallant (Ext. 151) Diocesan CFO/Director of Administration. Collaborates with staff in planning and maintaining the diocesan budget, and managing financial and real estate matters. Works closely with the Board of Trustees, Growth Fund Committee and the Finance Committee of Diocesan Council. Helps parishes with clergy compensation and tax issues, and guides parish treasurers and secretaries with accounting and database questions.
