What is Spiritual Direction?

Spiritual Direction is a practice of discerning God’s movement in a person’s life through prayer and holy listening.

The elements of holy listening are:

  • Time
  • Patience
  • Attention, to the person and to the Holy Spirit
  • Grounding in Scripture
