Available Positions: 

Director of Admissions and Recruitment - Trinity School for Ministry is seeking to hire a Director of Admissions and Recruitment for developing, implementing and monitoring recruitment and admission strategies designed to attract and enroll students at the seminary. 

  • Education and Experience Requirements:  Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree preferred; minimum three-year work experience with demonstrated success in higher education; supervisory experience preferred; superior interpersonal communication skills; experience using social media as a recruitment tool; exemplary personal and professional integrity; familiarity with the polity of the Anglican Church and/or Episcopal Church. 
  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:  Ability to sign and adhere to Trinity School for Ministry’s Statement of Faith; familiarity with theological education; excellent written and verbal capacities; ability to converse with diverse constituencies; collaborative leadership style; astute observation of market trends in higher education;  ability to travel off campus with occasional overnights. 
  • Duties include:  manage and supervise Department of Admissions and Recruitment; develop and execute annual student enrollment plan to support institutional goals and growth; incorporate best practices in student recruitment, application process, admissions and enrollment; create and implement strategic recruiting plans to reach targeted regional, national, and international audiences; cultivate and encourage potential students through the admissions process; administer the Department of Recruitment and Admissions annual operating budget; review admission standards and policies; develop and evaluate the department’s advertising; supervise and update admissions-related social network; manage statistical information for the department;  develop, implement and evaluate on and off campus recruiting events; cultivate relationships with potential students, ecclesiastical leaders, department chairs, college counselors, and campus ministers.

Part-time Curate, St. Thomas Anglican Church, Gibsonia, PA - Seeking a Curate for a part-time position with the ministry focus of direct work with youth, youth leaders/teachers and families with young children. This Curate must be gifted and called to youth ministry, love young people, and have a passion for evangelism and outreach, both personally and at the ministry level. The right candidate will exhibit a personal and growing relationship with God, a teachable spirit, and a healthy family life. A bachelor’s degree in a related field (masters preferred), experience in youth ministry and basic administrative skills is required. Knowledge and skills include: Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, InDesign, DSLR camera, Wordpress and Mailchimp. Nursery Worker, Christ the Redeemer, Canonsburg, PA - The Anglican Parish of Christ the Redeemer in Canonsburg is seeking a nursery worker for Sunday mornings. The candidate would work with a church volunteer to staff a well-equipped nursery room. The pay is $50 per Sunday from 9am -12pm. Candidates must hold PA state child abuse clearances. Musician for Sunday Worship, Christ the Redeemer, Canonsburg, PA - The Anglican Parish of Christ the Redeemer in Canonsburg is seeking a musician for Sunday Worship. The Worship Team consists of three to eight singers and rehearses on Sunday morning. It is led by the Worship Pastor and organist/pianist. Music reading skills and ability to sing harmony is desirable. The worship is a blend of hymns, worship songs, and some anthems.
