Results
The 158th annual Convention of the Anglican Diocese of Pittsburgh began Saturday, November 4, with a joyful celebration of Holy Eucharist and continued with the business meeting, which was interspersed with testimonies of God's faithfulness in the body of Christ.
All of the proposed amendments to the constitution, canons, and rules of order passed. The amendments to the constitution will require a second vote of confirmation at Convention next year before they are adopted. The amendments to the canons and rules of order have been adopted and will be distributed by the end of the month.
New district alignment was proposed by the Bishop and approved by Convention.
The 2024 budget was approved as presented.
New leadership was elected for 2024, as follows.

Clergy and deputies must register in advance and attend in person in order to participate and vote.
Observers are welcome. Please help us anticipate attendance by using the link below to register.
Do I Get a Vote?
Seat, Voice, and Vote are granted to:
- clergy who have been canonically resident in the Diocese for more than 30 days
- lay deputies sent by one of our congregations
- the chancellor of the Diocese
Seat and Voice (no vote) are granted to any individual who does not qualify under one of the categories above, but serves as a:
- member of one of our governing bodies: Standing Committee, Diocesan Council, or Board of Trustees
- member of the Committee on Canons
All other interested parties are invited to attend as observers (seat only, without voice or vote).
Alternate lay deputies will only be allowed to vote at Convention if diocesan staff is notified of the replacement of a lay deputy by the rector or church administrator (preferably in advance, but if necessary, during check in on Convention day).

Clergy Vesting Instructions
All clergy are invited to process during the Eucharist. If you will be processing, please check in by 8:15 a.m. and proceed to the Lecture Hall for vesting.
Priests: cassock, surplice, tippet, and hood.
Deacons: alb and green stole.
